JETA Holding, an innovation and business development platform, aims to consolidate its healthcare network in Angola, expand digital platforms for diagnostics, training and health data management, launch fintech solutions focused on financial inclusion for underserved populations, and enter at least two new African markets with fully local teams and operational infrastructure.
After establishing its base in Angola, the group — presented this Friday, the 27th, in Luanda — says it is already developing operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, which it considers dynamic markets with growing demand for healthcare infrastructure, digital innovation and financial access.
From financial technology to health technology, from digital education to clean energy, the Holding believes that the African continent has the potential to generate solutions not only for itself, but also for the world.
In this context, JETA maintains that it intends to help accelerate this transformation by bringing the infrastructure, partnerships and vision needed to unlock that potential — in a responsible and inclusive manner.
According to the CEO of JETA Holding, Doron Ben Sira, the group’s main focus is to work effectively with the private sector, without ruling out the provision of services to the public sector.
“Indeed, the group builds, for example, all the hospitals we know, but services must be brought into those hospitals. If the Government wishes to purchase services or equipment, we are, of course, available from a commercial perspective,” he clarified.
Doron Ben Sira explained that the group began its operations in November 2024, adding that investment figures are still being finalised.

With a pan-African strategic positioning, JETA was born from the ambition to accelerate sustainable progress on the African continent, investing in key sectors such as healthcare, technology, cybersecurity, fintech and digital transformation.
JETA believes that Angola can become a regional engine for innovation and development and, from Luanda, is building a platform with continental reach, supported by local teams, regional vision and global expertise.
Aliva Saúde is an integrated healthcare ecosystem operating in the clinical, laboratory, wellness and health literacy areas, offering a people-centred approach with high-quality services and solutions designed for continuous and humanised care.
Yapama Saúde is a company specialising in medical equipment and hospital consumables, with a strong presence in diagnostics and laboratory services, imaging, and medical-surgical areas.
It represents some of the most relevant global brands, offering end-to-end solutions that include the distribution of equipment and consumables, training of healthcare professionals, technical maintenance (local and remote), and integrated projects for clinical departments — from strategic planning to infrastructure optimisation.
New Cognito, a company specialising in ICT services, cybersecurity and digital transformation for public and private organisations, develops technological solutions adapted to the African reality, with a focus on modernising institutions and protecting critical infrastructure.
“These three sectors are interdependent pillars of development: healthcare defines quality of life, technology enables access, scale and efficiency, and fintech connects people to systems that foster growth,” said the CEO.
Regarding why Angola was chosen as the launch country for JETA’s expansion, Doron Ben Sira argued that the country has “extraordinary potential, a strategic geographical position and a young and ambitious population”, despite facing “many structural challenges — in terms of healthcare, digital infrastructure and financial inclusion — which motivated the creation of JETA”.
“Choosing Angola as our base was not merely a commercial decision, but also a strategic commitment. We believe Angola can become a regional engine of innovation and development and, from Luanda, we are building a platform with continental reach, supported by local teams, regional vision and global expertise,” he concluded.
